We are pleased to announce our participation in the upcoming Gulf International Congress: hosted by the Italian Industry & Commerce Office on the 31st of October. in the UAE titled “Latest legislative developments in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar.”

This Event is hosted by the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE (IICUAE).  And ADG Legal’s Managing Partner Mohammed Al Dahbashi shall give a presentation on “Shareholders’ agreements: What they are and why they are important when investing in the UAE”
