Jaber is an Emirati lawyer specializing in litigation and licensed to plead before all UAE courts. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Economics and has over 20 years of experience in the customs sector.
He began his career at Dubai Customs and the Federal Customs Authority, serving as the Customs Ports Control and Auditing Section Manager.
Before joining ADG Legal, Jaber worked as an advocate for three years at a law firm specializing in civil, commercial, and construction matters. He has extensive expertise in customs, labor, civil, and commercial disputes, as well as the enforcement of foreign judgments in the UAE. As Head of Customs at ADG Legal, he leads the Criminal Team, handling a wide range of cases and demonstrating a deep understanding of UAE court procedures.
Beyond litigation, Jaber serves as an external mediator for employment disputes involving corporate entities registered in Dubai South. In this role, he provides mediation services and is also engaged by Dubai South to support its employment dispute resolution framework.
With strong drafting skills, Jaber ensures that his legal submissions are clear, precise, and easily understood—qualities highly valued by both colleagues and clients. His ability to quickly analyze complex situations allows him to offer strategic advice, helping clients achieve favorable outcomes.
