Reem is a Legal Analyst in our litigation team based in our Dubai office, where she assists Partners and Associates on a wide range of corporate commercial, and litigation matters.
Reem graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Sharjah. Reem was part of ADG’s internship program.
Reem is praised by her colleagues for her knowledge of drafting, amending, and reviewing shareholder resolutions, due diligence reports, share purchase agreements, proxy forms, and engagement letters, deeds of association, and power of attorney.
Reem is an Arabic native speaker who is also fluent in English.
