Murad is a Legal Analyst in our corporate team where he assists Partners and Associates on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Murad graduated with a Bachelor in Law (LLB) from the University of Westminster, London.
Prior to joining ADG Legal, Murad acted as an in-house legal counsel and contracts manager of an operating company in charge of a team of legal specialists for a project with a total value of US$2.5 billion. In his role as an in-house legal advisor, Murad negotiated and managed a broad range of agreements, including framework general terms agreements, commercial agreements for procurement of equipment, onshore and offshore services agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements and inspection agreements. While preparing and negotiating the construction and ancillary agreements of an oil & gas processing terminal, he corresponded with various public authorities (including state maritime administration) regarding permits. Murad also managed the preparation of a fabrication, construction, transportation and installation agreement for offshore oil & gas platforms, and negotiated various contracts for construction, transportation and installation of jackets, topsides and a living quarter for offshore platforms.
