Malika has broad extensive experience in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate law and dispute resolution.
Having graduated in 2011 in Kazakhstan, Malika worked as an in-house lawyer for a bank in Kazakhstan, specializing in banking and corporate law. In 2015 she moved to Dubai and worked as a corporate lawyer with another local firm before joining us in 2017.
With over seven years of experience, Malika expertly reviews, drafts and negotiates corporate and commercial agreements, recommending solutions and mitigating risk with regard to legal, regulatory and company compliance policies. She provides robust advice regarding corporate structures and governance, company incorporation and her transaction document reviews are thorough.
With regard to real estate matters, Malika reviews sale-purchase contracts, lease contracts, and deals with cancelled projects.
She also assists our Dispute Resolution Department, providing legal opinions on civil claim disputes, bad debts and corporate and commercial disputes.
Malika is a native Russian, Kazakh speaker and fluent in English. In all matters, she uses her excellent language and case management skills to guide and support clients. She also regularly writes articles for our website.
